Leadership Hall is a residential facility for international students. Our program employs a
holistic approach to education by focusing on the development of soft skills via after-school
and weekend academic support coupled with challenging activities including: sports, exercise,
and community engagement. This approach is intended to inspire curiosity, motivation, and
discipline within each individual.

Leadership Hall is at the center of each student’s academic and social life.

Students will have a tremendous opportunity for growth and personal development outside
of the classroom. Residential Life at Leadership Hall is committed to the idea of educating
the whole person through creating a living community that will support and foster personal
development and leadership.

What’s Included:

• Each student will have a private bedroom and bathroom.
• Separate female and male halls monitored by onsite resident coaches
• 2 meals per day weekdays breakfast and dinner, weekends – brunch and dinner
• Transportation to and from Newark Liberty Airport
• Basic sick care providing scheduling and accompaniment to doctor’s & emergency room visits
• Supervised extra-curricular weekend activities including but not limited to shopping, skiing, swimming, cinema, TaeKwonDo, tennis/golf, community service
• Transportation to and from our Partner Schools
• Free Washer & Dryer for Laundry

Staff

The Office of Residential Life is located on the first floor of Leadership Hall.

It is open from 9AM to 3:00PM Monday through Friday all year, except during spring and winter breaks; however, there are always many staff members on duty throughout the campus. Many members of the Residential Life Staff live in the residence halls with the students. Each residence hall has:

• One (1) Resident Coach (RC) for each gender per floor
• One (1) staff member in charge of the cleaning and maintenance team
• One (1) Officer in Charge (OIC) of the security team
